Urška Kokelj is a licensed personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach working at VigorGround in Ljubljana, Slovenia. She has a degree in andragogy and has worked with various populations, including youth athletes as well as seniors. Urška has a background in martial arts and dance, and currently designs the bodyweight and mobility programs at VigorGround, while also heading the VigorGround Academy, which is one of the leaders in continuing coach education in Slovenia. She is a certified FRC® coach and loves to deadlift.
