Adriano is a strength and conditioning coach from Costa Rica who speaks fluent Spanish, English and French. He has lived in Costa Rica, China, England, Australia and the USA, and has worked with athletes in three of those four countries. Adriano is currently an MSci (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science student at the University of Bath in England, where he leads the strength and conditioning program for the University’s Basketball teams (Men’s & Women’s). Adriano is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) by the NSCA and a Level 2 Accredited strength and conditioning coach by the ASCA. Recently, he created ‘Adriano’s Strength Coach Journal’ (Weblog and Podcast) with the purpose of bringing together senior and junior coaches in a learning environment, which is continuing to develop.
