Daniel Kadlec is currently the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for Softball Western Australia and Claremont WFC in collaboration with Edith Cowan University, while completing a Ph.D. in sports science sponsored by VALD Performance. He previously served as an S&C coach in a private facility (PlusD Sports) in Solingen, Germany, for seven years. He has worked with various teams, including professional handball, Germany Women’s Rugby 7s, and the centralized women’s Judo athletes, and is a certified sports-physiotherapist.
