Undulating Programming with Strength Card Builder
In the previous video I explained differences between “traditional” and “undulating” approach to strength training planning. In this video I will describe how you can set it up in Strength Card Builder.
Mixing up training without losing structure can be tricky. Especially when you’re rotating different loads, rep ranges, and intensities from session to session. That’s exactly where the Strength Card Builder can make things easier.
Even though the tool was originally designed around more traditional progressions, it actually handles undulating programming really well. With a small tweak, you can set up multiple loading patterns, shuffle them across workouts, and keep everything organized without overthinking it.
