Interesting Videos on Moxy

Moxy Monitor is an oxygen muscle monitor that seems like an interesting technology that could be used to monitor training, but also get a glimpse into “bottle necks” of performance (which in my opinion is the goal of “prescriptive” monitoring). So I think Moxy could be useful, although I never tried it and I am not sure how the information is useful in the “battlefield” of team sports.

Anyway, here are couple of interesting recent videos on Moxy – especially the “Summer of Hockey” which cover it’s use in ice hockey. Enjoy.
