Planning and Programming Strength Training Using DUP Approach

In the video below I am presenting a framework that could be utilized in planning and programming strength training. It is based on utilizing daily undulating periodization/planning (DUP), but it gives it a bit bigger picture, as well as utilizing ideas from Agile/Scrum.

This approach helps me solve some of the planning/programming conundrums and provides pretty simple framework that could be applied to other domains as well (e.g. HIT conditioning). I also touch on Dan John’s Bus Bench vs. Park Bench analogy, which I think is a game changer concept.
