Velocity Based Strength Training Q&A

I have recently done a Q&A session with Christian Bosse, who is strength and conditioning coach at National Olympic Committee in Netherlands, on the topic of VBT (Velocity Based [Strength] Training).

Christian covered a lot of ground with his questions, and I guess I managed to clarify some concepts that didn’t come through really well in my writings. Besides, we covered extra topics on the implementation of VBT in the gym, strength testing (why I think 1RM testing might not be the best choice for non-strength athletes and what to do instead) and much more.
