International Meeting for High Performance in Training

I am more than happy to announce one of the best conferences in 2018 – “International Meeting for High Performance in Training”, which will be held from October 15th to October 20th in Ponte de Lima, Portugal.

What makes this conference stand out comparing to the others, is high quality and educational program that includes a wide variety of topics, as well as big names of lecturers, strength and conditioning coaches and sports scientists, such as Dan Baker, Mike Young, Brett Bartholomew, Matt Jordan, David Joyce and Sophia Nimphius. Since I will participate in this event as well, I am more than looking forward to meeting them and sharing our experiences. Conferences like this are ideal for acquiring and expanding knowledge, introducing new technologies, as well as meeting new people. So far, the participation has been confirmed by a large number of trainers from several different countries and continents.

I will also take this opportunity to announce my two lectures that are scheduled for the 15th of October. The topics I will cover are:

  • Team Management: Get Organized
  • Planning Strength Training for clients with Fuc*arounditis

I would like to invite all of you who are in a position to join us and enjoy the 6-day program. It will be a great pleasure to meet you.

I would like to congratulate Elite Training Brazil team for the excellent organization and thank you very much for the great cooperation. We are also pleased to announce their decision, that the first 50 members who apply for the participation will receive a prize in the form of a coupon code, a discount of 150 euros for six-day package.

In these video series I will expand and continue the discussion on the best practices one can utilize to solve (or help solving) management issues. First part of this video series goes into the agile concepts, setting goals using the OKR and importance of clearly defined meeting types (daily-stand-up and 1-on-1s are more deeply explained).
