Dealing With External Coaches and Services in Professional Team Settings

External coaches and services represent big elephant in the room when it comes to professional team sports. They affect team chemistry, injury risk, monitoring strategies and everything else. Hoever, sometimes they can be very positive and helpful thing.

In the video below, I am discussing issues and potential solutions that could be applied when dealing with athletes who train on the side.
