Managing a performance team isn’t about finding the perfect all-in-one solution. It’s about choosing specialized tools that actually talk to each other.

In this final part of the Team Management series, I walk through the practical systems I’ve used across teams with very different budgets: task management with Asana and Trello, document organization with Evernote, monitoring workflows, and dashboard integration with Power BI. You’ll see how to structure your setup, why sync and export capabilities matter more than feature lists, and how to deal with the very real challenge of staff who avoid digital tools.

This isn’t theory. It’s what works when you’re handling medical records, accountability, multiple data sources, and the everyday complexity of high-performance sport.
