Movement Preparation for Soccer

Soccer is one of the most famous sports in the world with growing interest from strength and conditioning coaches, sports scientists, and other experts. The aim of sports scientists and strength and conditioning coaches is to prepare, or at least try to protect players from future injuries; otherwise, it will be highly costly for the club. Warm-up always seems to be a hot theme in strength and conditioning, and in the following video, you will see a detailed explanation of movement preparation with a lot of examples of exercises in all three parts of the warm-up.

  2. Core Activation
