    Hi Miltiadi,

    For amateur teams, I would prioritise quality over quantity. I would recommend:

    For 3 sessions: 1) Strength (small spaces, high intensity, neuromuscular stimulus)

    2) Endurance (big spaces, mod intensity, cardiovascular stimulus)

    3) Speed of Play (mix spaces, high intensity, more rest in between bouts, speed actions)

    For 4 sessions: I would simply add either one recovery (technical training) or reaction session based on where the session fits in the weekly plan according to the game day.
