Tony Strudwick does fantastic job in this video explaining what does it take to build High Performance culture and what is the role of the sport science in it. It is very interesting how he addresses the “big elephants” of the High Performance. He is also very much aligned with some of the things Fergus Connolly said in the interview, as well as some of my ideas of Agile Periodization. He even mentions VUCA and being “agile”.
